Benjamin Kopetzky is a Certified Exchange Specialist®, working for 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Benjamin established himself working for FirstBank since 2015. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation, he worked in the operations field of FirstBank as a Teller and Senior Personal Banker. He now assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges. Benjamin earned his Bachelor's Degree in History with Minors in Anthropology and Asian Studies from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado.

Emma Van Winkle is a Certified Exchange Specialist® with 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation in 2021, Emma worked in the operations field of FirstBank as a Teller, Lead Teller, and Lead personal Banker for four years. She now assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges.
Emma earned her Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and History at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Leslynn Kleespies ‐ Certified Exchange Specialist®
Leslynn Kleespies is a Certified Exchange Specialist® with 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation, most recently, Leslynn worked in the FirstBank loans department as a Senior Loan Specialist assisting with residential and commercial loans. Leslynn has worked in the banking industry since 1995 in new accounts, operations, and bookkeeping. As a 1031 Exchange Specialist, Leslynn assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges.
Leslynn has a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
